Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA QC Manager to oversee all quality assurance and quality control processes within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions
- Train and educate staff on quality standards and procedures
- Monitor and analyze quality data to track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Quality Assurance)
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control management
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
