Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team at a leading main contractor in duabi. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout all stages of our construction projects.

High Rise Building Experience with 30 floors.

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Review and approve quality control documentation, including method statements and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Lead quality training sessions and workshops for project personnel to enhance awareness and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and relevant regulations to ensure continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing QA/QC for large-scale construction projects,
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
