Stantec is currently looking for an QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic site team and support on a construction supervision project in Dubai.

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to management.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Lead quality inspections and ISO audits for all projects.
• Review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications in quality management and auditing (preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QAQC, preferably in utilities and infrastructure projects (Preferred).
• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Experience in leading quality inspections and ISO audits (Preferred).
• Ability to review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements (Preferred).
• Proven track record in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Proficient in monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• MUST HAVE experience working with supervision consultants.
• MUST HAVE full and complete knowledge of existing infrastructure networks in the emirates of Dubai.
