Quality Control Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead and manage all quality-related activities in our water bottling plant. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory, safety, and company quality standards while maintaining compliance with local and international food safety regulations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance systems in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other applicable quality standards.
• Monitor and control water treatment, filtration, and bottling processes to ensure product safety and consistency.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and testing of raw water, finished products, and packaging materials.
• Manage and investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
• Oversee documentation, SOPs, quality records, and traceability systems.
• Train and guide staff on quality standards, hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC within a water bottling or beverage manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and food safety regulations.
• Experience handling regulatory audits and compliance inspections.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in RO water treatment and bottling operations
