Summary
We are looking for an experienced IMS & ISO Lead Audit Manager to oversee the auditing process, ensuring compliance with IMS (Integrated Management System) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of auditors, conduct audits, and provide guidance on improvements to maintain certification.
Job Responsibilities- Develop audit plans and schedules for IMS and ISO standards.
- Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead a team of auditors to ensure audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on corrective actions to maintain certification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements based on audit findings.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in IMS and ISO standards and ensure compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Certified Lead Auditor for IMS and ISO standards.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and leading audit teams.
- Strong knowledge of IMS and ISO requirements and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of IMS (Integrated Management System) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards.
- Experience in leading and conducting audits to ensure compliance with IMS and ISO requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying non-conformities and areas of risk.
- Proficiency in using audit tools and software to streamline audit processes and documentation tracking.
