Senior QA​/QC Engineer - MEP

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in MEP contracting companies to ensure quality assurance and quality control processes for our projects in the construction industry.

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and processes specific to MEP projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Review project specifications and drawings to identify quality requirements and ensure they are met.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior QA/QC engineers and project teams.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• UAE/MOFA Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as a QA/QC Engineer in MEP contracting companies.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes
• Ability to develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies
• Proficiency in conducting inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools for quality management and reporting
• Ability to provide guidance and training to junior QA/QC engineers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
