We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Food Safety Officer to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and guarantee the quality of our food products. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing and enforcing food safety protocols, conduct inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential food safety hazards.
Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP & Dubai Municipality food code, ADAFSA)
Education:
Provide training on food safety practices to employees
Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and corrective actions.
Recommend improvements to food safety processes and procedures.
Food Safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, FSMA, Food Safety Manager Certification).
1-2 years of experience in food safety, quality control, or related field.
Understanding of food safety principles, regulations, and industry standards.
