We are seeking an Operations QA/QC Engineer who will support the implementation of quality assurance and quality control activities within the data center operations team. This role assists with routine compliance audits, documentation, and reporting to help ensure adherence to established operational and quality standards. The engineer contributes to ongoing compliance efforts by following defined QA/QC processes, participates in the review of operational procedures, and provides input on process improvements when requested.

All tasks are performed in alignment with applicable regulatory and industry standards, with guidance from senior team members as needed.

Key Accountabilities:

• Contribute to, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards for data center operations.
• Perform audits and inspections of operational processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Document, report and track non-conformities, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Support the review of proposed corrective actions to ensure they are practical and can be implemented effectively.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
• Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) by gathering relevant information.
• Prepare reports, summaries and recommendations for performance enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to QA/QC processes, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and up-to-date records.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance activities as assigned. Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Report any observed deviations from best practices using defined processes.
• Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Support to develop a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Support to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect best practices.
• Carry out assigned tasks to support process improvements. Provide feedback on operational procedures when requested.
• Provide training and support to operations teams on QA/QC processes and standards.
• Foster awareness of quality and compliance requirements throughout the organization.
• Support team members in understanding, implementing and following quality standards.
• Identify and promptly report operational risks related to quality and compliance.
• Support implementing mitigation strategies to reduce potential risks and improve operational reliability.
• Reduction in non-conformities and operational deviations.
• Improvement in operational efficiency and adherence to QA/QC standards.
• Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
• The role is expected to adapt to current and future challenges that may arise from rapid operational and team growth within the data center environment. This includes supporting the implementation of established processes and procedures and assisting senior staff in maintaining effective operational standards as the organization evolves.
• The role will be part of a dynamic team within the QHSE & GRC department, focusing on developing and implementing digital solutions to optimize operational efficiency and reliability of our assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC or related roles preferably within data centers, or related environments.
