QA​/QC Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for our Façade projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience covering the full lifecycle of modern façade systems, specifically Unitized Curtain Walls, from fabrication in the factory to final installation on site. This role requires a strong background in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS), including preparation for and successful execution of ISO 9001 audits and certification.

• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS); coordinate internal and external audits and monitor Quality KPIs.
• Ensure compliance of all project quality documentation (ITPs, Method Statements, material submittals) with specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Manage factory QA/QC for unitized curtain wall production, including ITPs, audits, and NCR/CAPA processes across all fabrication stages.
• Lead site QA/QC activities for façade installation, overseeing inspections, material handling, and coordination with clients and main contractors.
• Manage project quality records and deliver the Final Quality Dossier / Handover Manual (certificates, test reports, inspections, as‑built documentation).

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  10–15 years of progressive QA/QC experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years in a management role focused on façade and curtain wall systems.
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong, proven knowledge of unitized curtain wall systems, fabrication processes, installation methodologies, relevant international standards (ASTM, EN), and applicable building codes.
• QMS & ISO:
  Extensive hands‑on experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills; proficiency in quality documentation and reporting tools.
