Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with contract and ISO requirements.
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work quality and compliance.
- Monitor construction activities for civil, architectural, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements.
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on quality-related issues.
- Witness material testing, inspections, and trial works.
- Maintain and manage QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
- Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and final handover inspections.
- Support authority inspections and ensure readiness for audits and approvals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 8-15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Consultant Firms in the UAE (mandatory).
- Proven experience in high-rise and residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
