The Global Quality Lead will define and implement a modern, data-driven quality strategy that ensures industry-leading standards across all manufacturing sites and suppliers worldwide, with a strong focus on supplier quality in the Far East
.

• Shifting from traditional quality control to a proactive, AI-supported quality ecosystem
  .
• Implementing efficient QA/QC processes and driving supplier quality excellence
  .
• Strengthening case management to improve customer satisfaction.
• Simplifying and modernizing specification management
  .
• Building QA/QC capability across internal teams and suppliers.

High adherence to specifications, reduced deviations, and strong customer satisfaction.

A quality-focused leader with strong IT/AI affinity and experience driving change. You bring exposure to (supplier) quality management and have led impactful cross-functional transformations
. Experience in production, procurement, innovation, or sales is beneficial.

You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and can influence senior stakeholders (CEO/CFO level). You thrive in international manufacturing environments, enjoy the shop floor, and work effectively across cultures.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or industrial field
• 5+ years in international B2B manufacturing leading cross-functional transformation projects
• Advanced skills in IT/data analytics (AI, Power
  
  BI) and continuous improvement (
  Lean, Six Sigma
  )
• Proven ability to design and implement (supplier) quality excellence programs
  , including audits, capability building, and performance monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on mentality
• Influential coach and relationship builder
• Strong planning and prioritization
• Open-minded, adaptable, and optimistic
• Execution-driven and accountable
