- Assess patients' conditions, interpret data, and develop care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physicians’ orders and guidelines.
- Monitor patient vital signs and reactions to medications or treatments.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and execute patient care.
- Document patient care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital regulations, safety guidelines, and legal standards.
- Assist physicians during examinations and surgical procedures as required.
- Identify patient needs and address concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Advocate for patients' rights and privacy during their healthcare journey.
- Coordinate discharge planning to facilitate patients' return to their normal routines.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on patient care.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development within healthcare.
