• Assess patients' conditions, interpret data, and develop care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physicians’ orders and guidelines.
• Monitor patient vital signs and reactions to medications or treatments.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and execute patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital regulations, safety guidelines, and legal standards.
• Assist physicians during examinations and surgical procedures as required.
• Identify patient needs and address concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Advocate for patients' rights and privacy during their healthcare journey.
• Coordinate discharge planning to facilitate patients' return to their normal routines.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on patient care.
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development within healthcare.
