PICU Nurse; Pediatric Intensive Care Unit; Philippines

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PICU Nurse to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The PICU Nurse will be responsible for providing specialized critical care to infants, children and adolescents with serious and life‑threatening conditions. The ideal candidate must have strong clinical expertise in pediatric critical care and the ability to work effectively in a high‑pressure environment while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, neurological status and overall condition, and report any changes immediately.
• Operate and monitor advanced life‑support equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors and infusion pumps.
• Administer medications, IV therapies and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary medical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatment plans and progress.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies, safety standards and healthcare regulations.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients’ families and caregivers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
