Holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

Requirements: Excellent nursing knowledge and skills, good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities- Store, administer, and monitor first aid treatments for injuries, accidents, and other health-related illnesses of employees and students.
- Monitor and record vital signs; perform basic diagnostic investigations such as using glucometer, pulse oximeter, ECG recording, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Manage and maintain patient care documentation or medical records.
Providing immediate medical care for patients with acute injuries or illnesses, such as administering medication, performing CPR, and stabilizing patients.
Trauma ManagementAssisting in the management of trauma patients, including coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate care.
Patient AdvocacyAdvocating for patients' needs and ensuring they receive appropriate care and support throughout their emergency department stay.
DocumentationAccurately documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical records.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Experience- Critical Care:
Monitoring and providing care for critically ill patients, including those on life support systems such as mechanical ventilation. - Advanced Monitoring:
Utilizing specialized equipment to continuously monitor patients' vital signs, oxygenation, and other critical parameters. - Medication Management:
Administering medications and intravenous therapies, closely monitoring patients for adverse reactions or changes in condition. - Collaboration:
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Family Support:
Providing emotional support and education to patients' families, helping them understand the patient's condition and treatment plan.
- Occupational Health:
Conducting pre-employment screenings, health assessments, and medical surveillance for employees in industrial settings. - Injury Prevention:
Implementing injury prevention programs and protocols to promote workplace safety and reduce the risk of occupational injuries and illnesses. - Emergency Response:
Responding to workplace emergencies such as accidents, chemical exposures, or medical crises, providing immediate medical care and coordinating with external emergency services when needed. - Health Promotion:
Developing and delivering health promotion initiatives and educational programs to improve employee wellness and overall health.
