Al‑Futtaim Health is looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to take a visible leadership role within our modern primary care clinic in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

As Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day clinical leadership of the clinic, working closely with the Nursing Supervisor and multidisciplinary team.

• Provide clinical leadership and coordination for a team of approximately 8–15 nurses
• Allocate daily duties, manage clinic flow, and ensure smooth patient journeys
• Act as a clinical reference point for nurses, supporting decision‑making and best practice
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and medication management
• Support competency development, coaching, and performance standards within the team
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation, KPIs, and care planning
• Assist in managing caseloads and escalating clinical or staffing concerns appropriately
• Take an active role in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic

This is a hands‑on clinical leadership role, ideal for nurses who enjoy balancing patient care with team coordination.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
• BLS certification (mandatory)
• ACLS / PALS certification is an advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  Arabic is an advantage
• Confident using electronic medical records and digital systems

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an accredited clinical setting
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Charge Nurse or senior nursing role, ideally within the UAE
• Experience in nursing scheduling, delegation, and clinic coordination
• Primary care or outpatient clinic experience is highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of acute and chronic disease management
• Confident in ECG, spirometry, wound care, immunisations, IV therapy, cannulation, and emergency response
• Strong organisational, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Calm, professional leadership style with the ability to support and guide teams
• Comfortable managing operational priorities in a busy clinic setting
