JOB PURPOSE:Responsible to place orders to update inventory for medication/medical supplies and to get deliveries and distributes to corresponding areas.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Responsible to place orders to update inventory for medication/medical supplies and to get deliveries and distributes to corresponding areas.
- Responsible to place orders for general stockroom and drug store.
- Updates inventory for fast moving consumables and to notify the section head to ensure orders from the stockrooms will be available in time.
- Maintains and distribute medication stocks including IV fluids with incorporated medications needed in all areas on a daily basis.
- Works as an integral part of the pharmaceutical department to ensure timely follow items to assure availability of the medications.
- Ensures appropriate and effective delivery of stocks including confirmation of items and checking of the expiration date as well.
