Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the perioperative process
- Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment
- Maintain and prepare operating theatre equipment and instruments
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients
- Comply with hospital policies, infection control standards, and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years experience in an operating theatre/surgical setting
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environment
- Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
