We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Registered Nurse with international experience to join our VIP homecare team in Dubai. You will deliver world‑class care to discerning clients in the comfort of their homes.

- Promote patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and families on conditions, medications, and self‑care
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and best practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to resolve patient needs and deliver holistic care
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Adhere to infection‑control policies, medication administration protocols, and safety regulations
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Respond effectively to emergencies and manage own patient caseload, including interpretation of test results
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- DHA License (or Eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
- BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN in a clinical setting (accredited facility preferred)
- Must have prior nursing experience in one or more of the following regions:
- European Union (EU)
- United States of America (USA)
- South Africa
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Fluency in English (spoken, read, and written);
Arabic is an advantage - Excellent computer literacy and documentation skills
- Strong knowledge of acute/chronic disease management (e.g., respiratory, cardiac, diabetes)
- Experience with wound care, IV administration, health assessments, and emergency response
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and conflict management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional ethics
