DHA Nurse - UAE National; Emirati - Al Barsha​/Jumeirah

Glu Care Integrated Diabetes Center is seeking a dedicated DHA Nurse to join our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality nursing services in a modern, fast-paced environment. Experience in chronic disease management, patient education, and digital tools is a plus.

Patient Care Support:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, blood glucose monitoring, and patient observations.
• Educate patients on diabetes management, including lifestyle tips and monitoring instructions, ensuring compliance with care plans.

Clinical Procedures Assistance:

• Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to infection control standards.
• Assist in the preparation and handling of equipment for procedures, wound care, and specimen collection.

Patient Education and Communication:

• Communicate effectively with patients, providing empathy and clarity to address their questions and concerns.
• Reinforce health education provided by physicians, encouraging self-care practices and adherence to treatment plans.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Accurately record and update patient information, treatment plans, and observations in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or physician promptly.

Operational and Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all DHA regulations, nursing guidelines, and Glu Care protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with best practices in diabetes care and nursing support.
