You will step away from the silo and into a high energy environment where you lead digital campaigns from brief to delivery.
You will act as the vital bridge between creative, growth, and operations teams to ensure every touchpoint of the customer journey is seamless.
This position requires a blend of digital expertise and hands on execution for physical activations.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage end to end digital marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention
- Execute high energy B2C activations including community events and pop up experiences
- Manage creative workflows to turn conceptual ideas into structured and high performing marketing output
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align brand messaging with operational goals
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to refine future strategies
- Oversee the brand voice across multiple digital channels to ensure consistency and engagement
- Hold 3 to 5 years of professional marketing experience with a focus on B2C growth
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for the wellness and lifestyle industry
- Possess exceptional organizational skills with a deep obsession for detail
- Show a proven track record of managing projects from the initial brief through to final execution
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
- Experience in event coordination or physical brand activations is a significant advantage
