We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong integrated marketing experience who can support the company’s growth across both B2B and B2C segments
. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG or commodity-driven industries
, with experience managing both digital and offline marketing activities
.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and support commercial growth. The role requires someone who understands high-volume, fast-moving, commodity-style marketing environments and can translate that experience into effective marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting both B2B and B2C business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Support brand positioning and marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and market visibility.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support marketing planning and strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Experience
  • 6–12 years of marketing experience
    .
  • Proven background in FMCG or commodity-driven industries
    .
  • Experience working in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
    .
  • Strong exposure to integrated marketing combining digital and offline channels
    .
  • Experience in the automotive or mobility sectors is considered a plus
    , but not required.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies
    .
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
    .
  • Strong brand management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
