Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy, Execution, & Brand Representation
  • Develop, implement, and optimize social media and channel strategies aligned with commercial, branding, and sales objectives.
  • Ensure OMNIYAT’s digital presence reflects its ultra-luxury positioning through Sales Representatives, Business Development Managers, and Brokers content, campaigns, and event-led storytelling.
  • Act as final governance authority to prevent off-brand, non-compliant, or misaligned content across internal, broker, and partner channels.
2. Event Marketing & High-Profile Brand Support
  • Support OMNIYAT’s presence at high-profile sales, broker, and partner events through strategic social media planning and real-time content direction.
  • Collaborate with Events, Sales, and PR teams to ensure consistent digital efforts before, during, and after events.
  • Guide content capture, messaging, QR code usage, and post-event amplification to maximize reach, engagement, and lead attribution.
3. Training & Enablement
  • Deliver structured social media trainings (1:1 and group) for Sales teams and Brokers, aligned with availability and business priorities.
  • Cover best practices, paid amplification, lead generation, event coverage, performance tracking, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain continuous updates on platform changes, emerging tools, and digital marketing trends.
  • Support the setup and optimization of geo-targeted and retargeting campaigns in collaboration with Digital teams.
  • Ensure alignment with lead attribution, QR code activation, and offline lead collection policies.
  • Produce recurring trend monitoring and competitive intelligence reports.
  • Utilize social listening tools to track brand sentiment, engagement patterns, audience behavior, and industry trends.
6. Content Strategy, Creation & Quality Control
  • Lead internal content collaboration through monthly co-creation sessions with Sales, Business Development, and Brokers.
  • Review and approve shared content calendars to ensure alignment with brand tone, campaign goals, and event timelines.
  • Review broker-led content and video output to ensure full compliance with brand guidelines prior to publishing.
  • Monitor published social media content across internal, broker, & partner channels to identify any brand-misaligned, non-compliant, or unapproved content, and proactively address or rectify issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
7. Production & Creative Oversight
  • Support internal and broker-led content production by reviewing concepts, scripts, edits, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure content meets luxury visual standards, narrative clarity, and platform-specific best practices.
8. Partnerships & Strategic Marketing Input
  • Provide structured input on partnerships, sponsor ships, influencer collaborations, and joint initiatives.
  • Ensure all partnerships and event-related activations reflect OMNIYAT’s exclusivity, brand equity, and long‑term positioning.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated familiarity with event marketing, brand activations, and partnership development.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics, reporting dashboards, and content creation tools.
  • Experience using social media listening tools to monitor sentiment, trends, and competitive activity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
