Internal Communication Specialist

This role involves leading the internal communications strategy, creating high-quality content, and enhancing employee engagement through effective communication channels.
Responsibilities Internal Communications & Content Strategy- Communications System Building:
Lead the design, build-out, and continuous optimization of the company’s internal communications system to ensure efficient information flow and full-employee coverage. - Content Planning & Creation:
Produce high-quality internal communications content (e.g., all-hands emails/letters, values stories, campaign copy) to convey the company’s values and strategic direction through high-quality writing. - Channel Management:
Operate and optimize internal communication channels/platforms (e.g., intranet, official accounts/newsletters) to improve reach and employee engagement. - Culture Content Packaging:
Translate corporate culture concepts into vivid, highly shareable formats (e.g., short-video scripts, visual posters/graphics) to strengthen employee awareness and alignment. - Employee Feedback & Insights:
Collect employee feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analysis; diagnose communication pain points, propose improvement plans, and drive implementation.
- External Communications & Content Operations:
Partner with HR, PR, Marketing and other teams to create and distribute content via platforms such as Linked In (e.g., news, culture, employee stories, recruiting content). - EVP Development:
Conduct research to understand how external candidates and internal employees perceive Keeta; structure and refine Keeta’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). - Content Strategy Iteration:
Analyze channel/content performance data to generate insights and continuously optimize content strategy and operations. - Cross-cultural Communication:
Coordinate with global teams to ensure internal communications align with a unified company tone while adapting to local language and cultural norms. - Multilingual Content:
Lead the creation of English and other language versions of internal content to support information alignment across multinational teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, content creation, marketing, or related fields. International/multinational experience and familiarity with multicultural communication scenarios are a plus.
- English as a working language; able to write high-quality English content and collaborate effectively in meetings.
- Strong writing versatility (e.g., formal corporate writing, in-depth interviews/features, social/new-media copy). Proven “viral/hit” content cases are a plus.
- Strong desire to have your viewpoints and writing seen and remembered by millions—driven to shape how people understand a topic or a brand.
- Smart, highly communicative, strong logical thinking and interpersonal sensitivity; able to quickly understand diverse businesses, cultures, and people through deep interviews and research, and design outstanding communication strategies.
