What We Will Trust You With- Own and manage digital acquisition and performance marketing across paid channels, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms, with responsibility for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and budget allocation to drive user acquisition, conversions, and ROI.
- Lead brand storytelling, influencer collaborations, and creative direction to strengthen the platform’s identity across the GCC.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, and Snapchat to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and organize high‑quality content tailored to the GCC & UAE audience, from idea generation, copywriting, and proofreading to final production.
- Ensure content remains engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Oversee the content calendar, visual consistency, and tone of voice to ensure alignment with corporate and event marketing goals.
- Own the corporate and brand PR strategy to position OTL as the leading premium flash sales platform in the Middle East.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with PR and media outlets to build awareness.
- Develop proactive story angles, seasonal press releases, and brand collaboration features to increase earned media visibility.
- Handle corporate publications and promotion materials, including press releases, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals.
- Curate influencer campaigns and partnership activations to reach luxury and premium audience segments.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase and manage the database.
- Design and lead data acquisition strategies through partnerships, collaborations, and digital lead generation campaigns.
- Identify and reach out to relevant communities, networks, and partners to grow our customer database with the right target audience.
- Support CRM acquisition funnels and optimize conversion touchpoints to ensure sustainable member growth.
- Drive initiatives to attract high‑intent users that align with our brand and ultimately increase conversion and sales.
- Create and execute EDM campaigns using our internal system to support event invitations and member engagement.
- Support CRM strategies and segmentation plans to improve retention and repeat visits.
- Implement A/B testing and data‑driven optimizations to enhance open and click‑through rates.
- Analyze CRM performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and monitor marketing budget.
- Regularly analyze digital and campaign performance across platforms and suggest data‑driven actions to improve traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance dashboards and quarterly brand growth reviews for management.
- Track ROI across paid, earned, and owned media channels and adjust strategy based on business priorities.
- At least 8 years of full‑time work experience in marketing & communications or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing brand awareness campaigns, influencer/PR partnerships, and cross‑channel marketing strategies.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, with expertise in local digital trends and marketing concepts.
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
Arabic is a plus. - Creative, analytical, and strategic mindset with a balance of storytelling and performance accountability.
