Elaris is building one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in Dubai.

We are looking for a high-performing Campaign Manager who knows how to turn advertising into real bookings and revenue.

If you understand lead generation, client acquisition, and performance marketing, this role will give you the freedom and rewards to scale campaigns that actually grow a business.

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns
• Manage paid ads across Instagram, Tik Tok, Google, Snapchat and Meta
• Build lead generation funnels for salon services
• Optimize campaigns for maximum bookings and ROI
• Track campaign performance and continuously improve results
• Work with the social media and content teams to launch high-performing campaigns
• Analyze audience behavior and adjust targeting strategies
• Drive measurable growth in client bookings and revenue

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in performance marketing
• Experience running paid campaigns in the UAE market
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads
• Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimization
• Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

• Monthly cash commission based on campaign performance
