We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager – F&B to lead the marketing strategy for our hotel dining concepts. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven and passionate about elevating restaurant brands within a luxury hospitality environment.
What You’ll Lead- Marketing strategy for all hotel F&B outlets
- Brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity
- Photo/video production, campaigns & promotional calendars
- Partnerships, PR coordination & influencer activations
- Menu launch communications and seasonal promotions
- Reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring
- Close collaboration with F&B, Culinary, and Operations teams
- 3–5+ years of experience in F&B or hotel marketing
- Strong understanding of digital, content, and social media
- Experience managing multiple venues or concepts
- Creative mindset with strong commercial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
