Digital and Social Media Marketing Executive
Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the hotel’s digital presence across websites, OTAs, social media, and online partners.
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with Mövenpick brand standards and business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid digital and social media campaigns to drive visibility and direct bookings.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar; create engaging organic content.
- Monitor digital performance, analyse results, and prepare actionable reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and content quality across all channels.
- Manage content on , Mö, and third‑party platforms.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns in line with the annual marketing plan.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams to increase enquiries and conversions.
- Support hotel marketing campaigns and manage agency/partner relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of websites, OTAs, social media, paid media, and email marketing.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and performance tracking.
- Basic design and photo‑editing skills.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and commercially driven.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
