As a Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand across a wide range of activities. Your main focus will be on brand activations during key moments throughout the year, as well as contributing to upcoming product innovations.
This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the dynamic world of marketing, giving you the opportunity to implement strategies across diverse clusters in the MENA region and gain valuable experience in marketing and brand management.
A Day in the Life Campaigns & Activations- Support campaign planning and execution, including timelines, asset trackers, and action logs.
- Build influencer collaborations that drive real conversion.
- Create buzz for the brand through creative activations.
- Transform campuses into coffee hubs.
- Assist in campaign rollouts and toolkit development, managing timelines, asset tracking, and feedback rounds.
- Coordinate with agencies on media plans, asset development, and other deliverables.
- Collaborate with regional clusters on content calendars and posting checklists, including drafting captions and adapting content across platforms and languages.
- Contribute to concept development by preparing concept boards based on insights, brand promise, and key requirements.
- Support pack and product benchmarking by compiling competitor references and market comparisons.
- Work closely with the commerce and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand presence and look‑and‑feel across top retailers.
- Play a key role in fostering collaboration across teams and countries.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

- A degree in Marketing, Management, or Business-related field.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful mindset.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (required).
