As Business Director for Influential, you will own the launch and growth of Influential in MENA, positioning it as the go‑to influencer solution for MENA brands. You will lead the influencer practice across Publicis Groupe, driving innovation, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities- Market Launch & Growth
- Lead the successful launch of Influential in MENA, establishing market leadership.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, partnerships, and positioning.
- Practice Leadership
- Oversee the influencer marketing practice, including Creator Solutions, campaign management, and project delivery.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing team focused on influencer strategy and execution.
- Commercial & Strategic Leadership
- Own P&L for Influential in MENA, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Negotiate and close strategic deals with clients, creators, and partners.
- Collaborate with Publicis Groupe agencies to integrate influencer solutions into broader marketing strategies.
- Platform & Tech Expertise
- Harness Influential’s AI‑powered platform and data‑driven capabilities for measurable results.
- Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, and the creator economy.
- 10+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record in launching and scaling businesses or practices in MENA.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal‑making and P&L ownership.
- Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator partnerships, and campaign management.
- Tech‑savvy with experience using influencer platforms and analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
