Mumzworld is looking for a Brand and Marketing Associate to support its next phase of disciplined, profitable growth. This role focuses on driving brand‑building initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer‑engagement strategies across the e‑commerce business.
The ideal candidate has experience in marketing, brand management, or e‑commerce operations, with strong analytical and creative skills to translate insights into effective marketing strategies that enhance customer relevance and accelerate business growth. The position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events) for growing in‑house brands.
- Working closely with product development, sales, and other departments to align brand initiatives & campaign calendars with overall business goals.
- Ensuring all content is on‑brand and resonates with target audiences; building brand presentations, product content and photoshoot briefs.
- Go‑to‑market marketing collateral for in‑house brands.
- Support end‑to‑end product launches for Private Brand SKUs, ensuring asset readiness and timely go‑lives.
- Maintain campaign trackers, launch calendars.
- Own on‑site content and merchandising execution for Private Brands.
- Build brand equity through multiple social media channels; manage all social accounts.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Co‑align & execute the brand promotional strategy throughout the year.
- Packaging briefs for new products.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Innovative thinking and the ability to develop creative marketing solutions.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
- Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Efficient time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages.
- Experience in building in‑house brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
