Job Purpose
As Brand, Product & Digital Marketing Manager Professional you will be part of the Regional Marketing team reporting to the Head of Marketing AME. In this role you will be responsible for the execution part of the Brand Activation, Product Marketing and Communications, Digital Marketing, and Local events.
You will be the responsible in the region for the execution and implementation of the different plans for Bridgestone and Firestone Brand activation, ensuring the localization of the global brand platforms in full alignment with BSEMEA Marketing Guidelines and Regional strategic priorities.
In terms of Product activities, the scope will be both Consumer and Commercial products with strong focus on Product Power Awareness (internal and external).
This role will implement digital marketing related activities in strong coordination with the EMEA Digital Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of all the regional marketing B2B/B2C related events (fairs, trade shows, etc.).
Responsibilities Coordinate the implementation of Brand Activation platforms ensuring a consistent Brand message across all our marketing activities (Time spent 20%).KPI: OB/MTP KPI‘s
Implement Product Marketing strategy and plan focused on increasing Product Power both for Consumer & Commercial Products (Time spent 20%).KPI: OB26 KPI‘s
Implementation of digital marketing strategy both for Consumer and Commercial (Time spent 20%).KPI: OB/MTP KPI‘s
Planning, coordination and execution of B2B and B2C regional events, ensuring a premium experience that aligns with brand values and strategic priorities (Time spent 20%).Manage a wide range of local, regional and European activities including but not limited to trade shows, press events, product launches, driving experiences, end‑user events, dealer incentive trips, sponsorship events, hospitality, etc.

Qualifications & Experience Required Education- University degree in Marketing & Communication or University degree in Business Management and Administration.
- Marketing and Communications achievements proved in automotive industry (not necessary tire business but preferable) or in FMCG.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing.
- Experience with ERP and BI systems (SAP is an advantage).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Understanding of pricing models and profitability analysis.
- English:
Excellent written & spoken. - Arabic as a plus.
