Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Search (SEO) to generate high‑intent leads and maintain top keywords on Google’s first page.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creatives, and remarketing flows.
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve CPL (cost per lead) and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing of creatives and ad copy.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking for calls, Whats App clicks, and form submissions.
- Collaborate with the business center team to ensure ad creatives align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and adjust targeting accordingly.
- Manage retargeting campaigns to re‑engage non‑converting website visitors and past leads.
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Google Ads and Meta Ads algorithm changes and industry best practices.

- Proven experience (1‑2 years) managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for a business center.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
- Hands‑on experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
- Creative mindset for ad copywriting and visual suggestions.
- Knowledge of negative keyword strategies and funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Generate leads through campaigns, launch events, newsletters, print ads, digital ads, social media, and website.
- Develop and enhance social media presence.
- Three posts per week per platform — branding template for posts, images for special occasions, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube.
- Deliver marketing strategies to locate suitable areas where new initiatives or projects will add business advantage through innovative use of company services.
- Follow up and coordinate with photographer/videographer for the monthly shoot with actors/influencers or center images.
