We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Growth to join our Dubai office, sitting at the heart of our commercial strategy team. This high-impact role works closely with our CEO - Core Ecommerce and the senior leadership team to define, lead, and accelerate noon’s growth agenda across multiple business verticals.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and execution capabilities to drive meaningful commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and lead noon’s growth strategy across customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and optimize marketing and conversion funnels to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum commercial impact.
- Establish and steer experimentation frameworks to test hypotheses, learn rapidly, and scale successful initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to implement scalable growth strategies.
- Monitor key growth metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision‑making.
- Ensure all growth initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and deliver sustainable commercial results.
- Proven experience in a senior growth, commercial strategy, or performance marketing role, preferably in e-commerce, technology, or fast-moving consumer sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience driving measurable commercial impact.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in customer acquisition, retention, marketing funnels, and growth experimentation.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with complex metrics, and experience leveraging insights for strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in scaling businesses in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable.
