About

the role

Food service is a key strategic growth platform for Kerry Group, significantly impacting our business and helping us deliver our strategy and vision. As Regional Marketing Lead for Middle East, Africa & Türkiye, you will own and lead the full Food service marketing portfolio, including our brands (Da Vinci Gourmet, Chef’s Palette, Krater & Maestro del Gelato) and Chains, across MEA and Türkiye.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the marketing strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring Kerry’s brands are positioned as leaders in the Food service space. You will manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, managing a team of 8 Direct Reports, establish quality plans for all portfolio elements, and partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency while adapting to local market needs.

You will also play a key role in new product introductions, Krater growth initiatives, and represent Marketing on the Food service Leadership Team, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring marketing is embedded in business planning.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full Food service marketing portfolio (brands and chains) across MEA and Türkiye.
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with global guidelines and localized for market relevance.
  • Establish quality plans for all portfolio elements to ensure brand integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Marketing on the Food service Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
Brand & Global Alignment
  • Ensure Da Vinci Gourmet and Chef’s Palette and Krater & Maestro del Gelato are managed in adherence to global and regional brand guidelines, while tailoring for local market needs.
  • Partner with Singapore and global teams to maintain brand consistency and leverage global innovation pipelines.
Innovation & New Product Development
  • Lead new product introductions and commercialization plans for MEA, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to identify innovation opportunities that drive growth.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Drive best-in-class customer engagement and marketing activations for Food service customers and Chains.
  • Support opportunity pipeline for new and existing customers, aligning with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact on demand creation and account performance.
Insights & Analytics
  • Stay ahead of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Partner with regional insights team to deliver proprietary market and consumer insights.
  • Use data-driven analysis to evaluate campaign performance and optimize future initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Ensure clear objectives, capability building, and succession planning within the team.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Allocate resources strategically across brands, chains, and priority markets (including Egypt and Krater).
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years Marketing experience, of which 3+ years brand marketing experience
  • 3+ years MNC experience
  • Team Management
  • Budget Management over $500k
  • Ability to travel to the needs of the job
  • Exposure to Trade Marketing within GCC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret consumer and market data.
