Role Overview
Mumzworld is entering a new phase of disciplined, profitable growth, with a strong focus on deepening customer relevance and brand impact across the GCC. As part of this journey, we are looking for a Senior Influencer Relations professional to lead and scale our influencer strategy across key markets.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and commercial growth, with ownership of building strong, long-term partnerships with influencers who authentically represent Mumzworld’s values and resonate with parents and families in the region. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and team leadership.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in influencer marketing, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive measurable impact across brand visibility, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities Influencer Strategy & Partnerships- Own and execute Mumzworld’s influencer relations strategy across key GCC markets.
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with top-performing and strategic influencers.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new influencers aligned with Mumzworld’s brand, categories, and audience.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers and agencies.
- Lead and manage the influencer relations team, ensuring clear ownership, performance standards, and development.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, handover, and continuity across influencer programs and campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from briefing to delivery and post-campaign reporting.
- Track, analyze, and optimize influencer performance across KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Category teams to align influencer programs with business goals.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments through influencer activations.
- Ensure accurate reporting, budget tracking, and performance insights are shared with stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth and brand visibility through performance-led influencer programs.
- Identify opportunities to evolve influencer partnerships into longer-term brand collaborations.
- Continuously test and refine influencer strategies to maximize impact and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, You Tube).
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong background working in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or consumer brands (GCC experience preferred).
- Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through influencer programs.
