Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page / off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives and SEO-friendly website content.
  • Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign pacing to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and analytics tools to ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align media buying and SEO strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through A / B testing, audience segmentation, and innovative campaign tactics.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant advertising policies, data privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in media buying and SEO within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize for ROI.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and advertising policies.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
