Ensures American Hospital Dubai's digital visibility and supporting integrated marketing initiatives across all facilities. Focuses on social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement while also contributing to broader marketing activities including service-line promotion, events, partnerships, brand management, and internal/external communication support. Collaborates with clinical departments, creative teams, influencers, and partners to ensure strong, consistent, and high-quality marketing output that supports patient engagement and institutional growth.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Digital Engagement

  • Develops and manages the hospital's social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Schedules, publishes, and monitors content to ensure a consistent and high-engagement presence.
  • Responds to inquiries, comments, and feedback in alignment with the brand voice and patient service expectations.
  • Produces bilingual (English/Arabic) content to support campaigns and service-line initiatives.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Supports the planning and execution of digital and offline campaigns to promote hospital services, programs, and specialities.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaign quality and relevance.
  • Tracks and reports campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Content Creation and Creative Support

  • Produces social media assets, including copywriting, graphics briefing, photography, and videography.
  • Works with the creative team to develop visuals, videos, and multimedia aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensures all content meets compliance, tone, and brand guidelines.

Brand Management and Messaging Consistency

  • Ensures all social media and digital communication reflects the AHD brand identity, values, and messaging.
  • Maintains adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
  • Supports brand governance by ensuring consistent representation in digital assets and communication material.

Influencer and Partnership Coordination

  • Supports influencer collaborations, media engagements, and partner-driven promotions.
  • Coordinates logistics, approvals, and content requirements for influencer activations.
  • Ensures all influencer activities align with healthcare advertising standards.

Events and On-Ground Marketing Support

  • Supports marketing events, hospital activations, awareness campaigns, and community engagements.
  • Captures digital content on-site (photos/videos) for social coverage and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinates branding materials and stakeholder communication for events.

Service-Line Marketing Support

  • Collaborates with clinical departments to promote services, doctors, programs, and initiatives.
  • Assists in drafting social media posts, announcements, and digital content for service lines.
  • Ensures alignment between marketing messages and clinical accuracy.

Market Research and Competitor Monitoring

  • Tracks digital trends, patient engagement behaviours, and competitor activity.
  • Provides insights to support content planning, campaign design, and strategic decisions.

Reporting and Performance Analytics

  • Prepares weekly and monthly social media analytics reports.
  • Tracks KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
  • Presents insights with recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital and social media management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, content strategy, and social media best practices.
  • Knowledge of brand positioning, communication standards, and audience behaviour within healthcare or service industries.
  • Knowledge of video/photo production processes and creative development workflows.
  • Knowledge of PR, media coordination, and partnership development (preferred).
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing norms, advertising compliance, and service-line communication guidelines.
  • Skills in managing social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Skills in campaign coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skills in analytics interpretation (Google Analytics, social media insights) and reporting.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to translate social media and marketing objectives into compelling content and campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to fast-paced marketing cycles.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Ability to ensure high accuracy and brand consistency in all digital outputs.
  • Ability to adopt new technologies, trends, and digital communication techniques
