Content Creator -Social Media

Position Summary

Manage the day-to-day activities for social media channels, establish long-range objectives, and specify strategies and actions to achieve them. Build a positive online presence for Renaissance Hotels by integrating property-specific and brand messaging across Marriott platforms and support marketing and e‑commerce initiatives with measurable impact.

• Produce dynamic photo, video, and written content that reflects Renaissance brand lifestyle identity and capture on‑property experiences.
• Build and manage a content calendar that supports marketing campaigns, F&B promotions, events, and brand activations.
• Edit and optimize content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, and Marriott platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with Navigator, Sales & Marketing, F&B, and Events teams to highlight local culture, hidden gems, and unique guest experiences.
• Monitor lifestyle, travel, and social media trends to propose fresh, bold content ideas and track performance metrics.
• Support influencer visits, media shoots, and brand partnerships and maintain an organized digital asset library.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
