About the role: The Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator – Middle East is responsible for creating content for social media and coordinating Zutari’s regional marketing initiatives in the Middle East, with a primary focus on strengthening Zutari’s brand presence in the Middle East region. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently in creating content, organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to execute marketing activities that align with Zutari’s strategic objectives.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Middle East team by managing regional campaigns, events, client engagement activities, digital marketing support, and content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Regional Marketing Coordination
    • Coordinate the execution of the Middle East marketing plan.
    • Create marketing collateral, presentations, capability statements, case studies and proposals.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and industry developments.
  • Digital Content Creation
    • Create people and infrastructure content using photo stills, drone footage, video, software and camera hardware (must be able to edit).
    • Create and edit content to be used for Linked In, events, You Tube, Instagram and Facebook.
    • Create media content in alignment with Zutari Group guidelines.
    • Execute copywriting, editing, and publishing content for internal and external platforms.
    • Update the Zutari website and digital channels for the Middle East content.
    • Produce videos and content suitable for social media channels in the Middle East.
    • Grow followership of Zutari social media footprint in the Middle East.
    • Support the Winning Work team in ME with content and bid presentations.
  • Events & Client Engagement
    • Project coordination for internal and external events, including client functions, thought-leadership engagements, conferences, and award submissions.
    • Manage event logistics, vendor communications and internal stakeholder coordination.
    • Ensure activities align with approved budgets and timelines.
  • Internal Communications
    • Support internal communication initiatives for the region (announcements, newsletters, campaigns).
    • Drive employee engagement through creative communication efforts.
  • General Marketing Administration
    • Maintain accurate regional marketing records, databases, and content libraries.
    • Provide administrative support to the Zutari Group Marketing team as required.
    • Ensure all marketing materials comply with Zutari brand guidelines.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (Essential).
  • Certification in digital marketing, analytics or event management (Advantageous).
  • Approximately 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar corporate environment; professional services experience is advantageous.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Experience coordinating events and supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the Middle East market and regional business culture (advantageous).
Skills
  • Ms Office Proficiency:
    Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Communication:
    Ability to engage effectively with management and employees at all levels. Native Arabic speakers (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Time Management:
    Manages multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
