Job Summary
The Officer Campaign Development supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing and communication campaigns across the organisation. The role works closely with senior management, internal business units, and external partners to ensure campaign objectives align with brand strategy, organisational values, and reputation. The officer contributes to multi‑channel execution, monitors campaign performance, and supports stakeholder engagement to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
Key Responsibilities Internal Client Management- Support relationships with internal clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver marketing and communication activities aligned with departmental objectives.
- Contribute to tactical communication plans and ensure timely implementation of agreed campaigns.
- Foster effective working relationships with external partners to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Recommend approaches, channels, and tactics to support insight‑led, impactful campaigns.
- Assist in the development and execution of campaign plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Coordinate on-ground campaign activities, including filming, events, and production requirements.
- Support communication activities for internal stakeholders under the supervision of the line manager.
- Contribute to cross-functional and government-related projects within the DXB community.
- Liaise with external government entities to support collaborative campaign delivery.
- Monitor communication channels and support the evaluation and optimisation of campaign performance.
- Assist in managing key projects representing the Brand & Communications team, providing required communication inputs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
- Experience working in a large, cross-functional service organization (preferably aviation).
- Proven experience supporting marketing and communication campaigns and CRM initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Speaking, Writing & Verbal).
- Creative and innovative mindset for developing engaging campaigns.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, insight-driven briefs.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and presentation support skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams with openness to feedback.
