Overview
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and digitally savvy Account Executive - Performance Marketing and Paid Media to support our Client Services team.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone starting their career in client management or digital marketing. You will assist in day-to-day client communications, campaign coordination, and project management, while gaining exposure to integrated marketing strategies across creative, digital, content, and performance channels
.
- Assist Account Managers in managing client requests and communications.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and updates for clients.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support client meetings and follow-ups with clear documentation.
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, content, production) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign progress across multiple channels and report performance metrics.
- Help manage social media calendars, content approvals, and creative briefs.
- Assist in data collection and basic analytics to inform campaign recommendations.
- Maintain client files, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
- Support the team in preparing proposals, pitches, and client-facing documents.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for campaigns.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, digital tools, and social platforms.
- Actively seek feedback and learn from senior Account Managers and Directors.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Digital literacy across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, basic analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
