About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our client servicing team, driving end-to-end event activations, in-store promotions, and shopper marketing campaigns FMCG Brands across the GCC. This role is best suited for someone with agency experience, proven expertise in handling FMCG/beauty accounts, and a sharp eye for retail design, shopper journeys, and brand visibility at POS
.

Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Relationship Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned beauty and personal care clients.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with brand managers and trade marketing teams.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable event and in-store activation plans.
Events & Promotions
  • Lead planning and execution of experiential events, mall activations, product launches, sampling drives, and roadshows.
  • Ensure every activation delivers to high standards while adhering to client brand guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines, approvals, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
In-Store Design & Shopper Marketing
  • Develop POSM concepts, gondolas, FSU displays, end caps, and shop-in-shop units aligned with category aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to bring creative shopper solutions to life.
  • Ensure executions meet both brand guidelines and retailer specifications (Carrefour, Lulu, Nahdi, Watsons, etc.).
Project & Vendor Management
  • Manage production partners, fabricators, promoters, and third-party vendors.
  • Negotiate costs, control budgets, and ensure quality delivery on time.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activations and new retail opportunities.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track ROI, shopper engagement, and sales uplift from activations.
  • Prepare post-event reports and shopper insights decks for clients.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in an agency environment handling events, activations, and shopper marketing for beauty/FMCG clients.
  • Strong knowledge of in-store design, POSM development, and retail display execution
    .
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple briefs.
  • Solid understanding of UAE retail channels (modern trade, perfumeries, pharmacies, beauty chains).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for beauty and consumer engagement trends.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic a plus.
