We are searching for an experienced Internal Communication Manager to develop and implement communication strategies that keep employees informed and engaged. The Internal Communication Manager will be responsible for promoting a positive company culture and ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all internal channels.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal communication strategies to inform and engage employees.

Create content for internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and intranet posts.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.

Manage communication platforms and tools to effectively reach all employees.

Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve internal communication efforts.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a managerial role.

Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Experience with communication tools and platforms.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
