Account Executive UAE

Conditions office (3–4 days a week) and Home – with occasional travel when required.

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing Dubai team at Performance Communications Middle East. If you are organised, creative and passionate about communications, this is a brilliant opportunity to kickstart your career working with world‑class brands. Candidates must already be resident in the UAE.

• Support the team in executing day‑to‑day communications activities
• Build media and influencer lists and foster relationships
• Draft media materials, including press releases and briefing documents
• Assist in the planning and delivery of client campaigns and events
• Help create reports, presentations and internal documents
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and colleagues
• Embrace a proactive, detail‑driven approach to your work

• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
• A natural communicator who takes the initiative
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Proactive and solutions‑focused
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working with others
• Minimum one year’s experience in communications, PR, or digital marketing (agency or in‑house)
• Strong writing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience liaising with media and influencers is a plus
• Automotive experience will be of particular benefit
