The Marketing Director will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing across all brands and showrooms in the UAE and KSA. This role oversees brand positioning, campaign development, digital growth, and client engagement to strengthen both brand equity and commercial performance.

As the company launches two new brands and expands regionally, we seek a visionary, entrepreneurial leader with strong strategic and creative acumen to build and scale a world-class marketing function.

• Define and implement cohesive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure consistent visual identity and storytelling across all channels.
• Partner with leadership to align marketing with sales and growth goals.

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, print, and events.
• Oversee creative content, ensuring high aesthetic and storytelling standards.
• Adapt global brand assets to regional markets while maintaining brand DNA.

• Drive digital strategy across SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM, and social platforms.
• Optimize engagement and conversion through data-driven insights.
• Oversee content calendars and ensure strong digital brand presence.

• Create immersive brand experiences and VIP activations.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients, designers, and media partners.
• Oversee showroom launches, exhibitions, and design collaborations.
• Build and lead a cross-functional marketing team and agency network.
• Manage budgets, workflows, and performance tracking.
• Ensure alignment between global brand HQs and local operations.
• Track KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to refine strategy.
• Provide strategic marketing insights to guide business planning

• 10-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in luxury design, interiors, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven success in building brands.
• Executing/Overseeing integrated omnichannel campaigns, managing pages, events, paid media etc…
• Demonstrated experience in digital performance marketing, content strategy, and CRM systems.
• Strong network within the interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle industries is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Italian, Arabic, or French is a plus.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
