What

We’re Looking For
  • A proven track record of 2-4 years in managing Tik Tok Ads campaigns.
  • Exceptional skills in Driving Revenue, footfall and conversations using Tik Tok advertising, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  • Strong familiarity with and understanding of Tik Tok creative best practices, trends, storytelling, hooks, User Generated Content (UGC), influencer style content, and native platform behaviours.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting workflows, and full-funnel optimisation specifically for Tik Tok.
  • Previous experience in working with Tik Tok Pixel, server-side tracking, and event optimisation.
  • Sensational Collaboration skills to work effectively with creators, videographers, or UGC partners to produce High-Performing short-form video content.
  • Brings a data-driven Mindset with the ability to translate Creative and Audience Performance into clear, actionable insights that elevate FIVE’s digital impact.
  • Demonstrates confidence working closely with Web, Brand, and On-Site Activation Teams to ensure Paid Tik Tok Campaigns align seamlessly with Events, Offers, and real-time Social Moments.
  • Thinks Proactively and Creatively, staying deeply connected to Tik Tok Culture, Emerging Formats, Viral Trends, and the fast-moving digital landscape.
  • A proven track record of Experience in Nightlife, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Events.
  • Possesses familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with the ability to support tracking, optimisation, and performance measurement across platforms.
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
  • A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Builds, launches, and optimises Tik Tok Advertising Campaigns designed to drive Event Attendance, Table Bookings, Venue Awareness, and measurable Revenue Growth across FIVE’s Lifestyle Experiences.
  • Develops full-funnel Tik Tok Paid Strategies spanning Prospecting, Retargeting, and Loyalty Audiences to maximise reach, efficiency, and conversion across all priority markets.
  • Partners closely with Content Teams to guide the creation of high-performing Tik Tok-first Assets, including UGC-style videos, Influencer-led content, On-Site Captures, Trend-led Concepts, Hooks, and Storylines engineered for impact.
  • Implements and validates Tik Tok Pixel Tracking and Event Configuration, ensuring precise Attribution, accurate Measurement, and data-driven optimisation.
  • Prepares frequent Performance Reports with clear Insights, Recommendations, and Strategic Actions across Creative, Audience Segments, and Funnel Stages.
  • Identifies platform opportunities, Trend Moments, Cultural Shifts, and Innovative Tactics that increase Awareness, stimulate Bookings, and elevate overall Revenue.
