Tumoohy طموحي is Abb Vie’s Emirati graduate program designed to develop high‑potential UAE National talent through a structured 18–24‑month rotational journey. Participants gain hands‑on experience, real responsibilities, and cross‑functional exposure across Abb Vie, building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical sciences, Business, Marketing, or any relevant field with a strong interest in Marketing Operation roles.

• Marketing Operations within Allergan Aesthetics
• Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) – training and education initiatives across the Gulf region

• UAE National with Family Book
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional
