Associate Director Public Relations; PR

We are partnering with a well-established communications agency in Dubai that is looking to appoint an Associate Director to strengthen its senior leadership team. This role sits between senior leadership and Account Directors and will play a key part in shaping strategic direction across a diverse portfolio of B2C and corporate accounts
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic PR professional who enjoys working in an integrated agency environment and acting as a trusted senior advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development of strategic PR and integrated communications plans
• Providing senior-level client counsel

• Translating business objectives into clear communications strategies, narratives, and insight‑led campaigns
• Overseeing delivery across earned media, social, influencer, and integrated activations
• Managing, mentoring, and developing Account Directors and Managers
• Ensuring high‑quality execution across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Supporting new business activity
  , pitches, and organic account growth
• Working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns

• Proven experience at Senior Account Director or Associate Director level within a PR or integrated communications agency
• Strong background in strategic planning and campaign development
• Demonstrated experience working across B2C and corporate communications
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and complex client relationships
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams

• Highly strategic, commercially aware, and solutions‑driven
• A confident communicator and strong storyteller
