As a Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels. You will assist in creating engaging content, coordinating campaign activities, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing platforms.

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs.
• Coordinate with design, content, and external vendors on marketing assets.
• Analyse and report the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Support event planning, logistics, and on-ground execution.
• Coordinate on video shoots and media content as required.
• Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
• Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including digital campaigns, content, and brand communication.
• Familiarity with end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapting quickly to change.
• Proactive and curious, with a genuine interest in marketing trends and innovation.
• Results-driven, with a problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach.
• Reliable team player who takes ownership and follows through.
