Are you a digitally fluent marketer who lives and breathes social media, data, and AI‑powered marketing?

Do you know how to turn insights into campaigns, content into conversations, and brands into communities?

A leading F&B brand is looking for a next‑generation Marketing Manager to help shape and grow one of the region’s most loved café brands across the MENA region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and drive the brand marketing strategy across multiple markets, blending creativity with data‑led decision‑making.
  • Lead social media, digital campaigns, and AI‑enabled CRM initiatives that build loyalty and engagement.
  • Use consumer insights, analytics, and AI toolsPues to optimize campaigns, personalise communication, and improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and New Product Development to bring campaigns to life in-store and online.
  • Manage agencies and content partners to ensure fresh, relevant, and on‑brand storytelling.
  • Play a key role in new store launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations

What We’re Looking For
  • A digitally strong marketer with a strong passion for social media, content, and emerging technologies
    .
  • A commercially aligned marketer who is focused on ROI for the marketing initiatives.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, customer data, and loyalty programmes
    .
  • Strong understanding of AI‑driven marketing tools (personalisation, automation, analytics, performance optimisation).
  • Experience in F&B is a strong advantage.
  • Curious, creative, and always ahead of digital trends.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (F&B or consumer brands preferred).
  • Proven experience managing digital and CRM campaigns
    .
  • Strong grasp of data, insights, and performance marketing
    .

  • Work with a well‑established international brand with strong regional presence.
